Gift Wrapping and Packaging

Wherever possible, our products are shipped in reused packaging. For gifts, we are happy to use new packaging upon request.

We deliberately refrain from including inserts with our orders in the interest of sustainability.

We pack all products to be shatterproof and, depending on the nature of the item, also wrap them in film to prevent water damage (e.g. for books).

We offer gift wrapping. After placing your order, we will contact you regarding this.

Custom Orders and Personalised Items

With a search request, you can describe your needs in an enquiry. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

What Happens After Placing an Order?

Once we receive your order, we will pack your item carefully and shatterproof.

We will then create a shipment with a delivery service provider. Where possible, we ship via Deutsche Post, DHL, UPS or Hermes.

You will then receive an order confirmation from us including a link to track your shipment.

We dispatch orders within one business day (Monday to Saturday only).

Customs, Taxes and Import Duties for Orders to the USA

We cover all shipping costs and applicable taxes in full on your behalf.

Please note: customs duties and import fees levied by US Customs are unfortunately beyond our control and cannot be covered by us. The amount varies depending on the value of the goods and the product category.

Reservations

We do not accept reservations. HOWEVER: you are welcome to purchase the item and submit a request for it to be shipped at a later date.

Returns and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day right of return after receipt of the goods. You may return the item without giving any reason. The cost of return shipping is borne by you as the buyer. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the full purchase price.

Do Discount Codes Apply to Custom Orders?

No, discount codes are valid exclusively for regular products. They cannot be redeemed for custom orders or special commissions.
